Back To School: Your Broadcasting Needs

Now the kids are back at school, it’s time for everyone to get back into their old routines. This means preparing packed lunches, making sure the uniforms are washed and ironed, and the shoes are shined up nicely! As always, when the kids get home from a long day at school they enjoy nothing more than getting comfortable and watching their favourite TV shows. So, this week’s blog post is based on children’s broadcasting.

As music specialists, we like to make sure that we are always on top of the trends and in tune with what the little people are talking about! But, we’ll let you be the judge of that as we’ve put together a playlist with genres that can be heard on current TV shows.

Find a link to the playlist here.

We also have some fantastic albums based on children’s content in the library. Before you have a look for yourselves, here’s an insight into our favourite kid's albums...

Crazy Kids
This album has a variety of modern genres that are great for all types of broadcast. It’s funky, electronic, modern pop tailored for older kids. We love it!

Kids R Fun
This album is quirky, silly and very excitable. It is great for cartoons, comedy and programmes for younger children. The variety within this should not go unnoticed!

These are only some of the tracks that we would recommend for children's broadcasting, don't forget that there is plenty more on the website, and we are more than happy to help you with any music searches.

Until next time...

Emily
